Shooting Boston Life In Color!
I got two days off from my day job in Burlington to go home and shoot with Eyes Open Production, I also got a call from Michael Frazier and this was the result…
Mike hit me up to see if I would be able to travel down and shoot the two day Life in Color show at the Boston House of Blues. No, I was not planning on it. Yes, I wanted to do it. I talked to Thom from Eyes Open and he said that we would not be shooting what he was planning to shoot so he did not need me. I was now in a difficult situation, whether to travel down to Boston and shoot or go home and relax. I chose to rally and cruise down to Boston to show Mike what I could do. So glad I did!
Day 1 in Boston was frantic. It was my first concert and I felt as though I needed to be filming non stop. I was running everywhere trying to get the shot in all locations. Before I knew it my 32 gb card was almost full and I was only an hour into the show. I slowed down for the rest of the night to say the least and it was an awesome learning experience.
Day 2 in Boston was perfect. When I went out to film I knew what to expect and the show went extremely smooth. Every shot I got I felt as though could be used in my edit and I was very happy with my performance.
Stay tuned for the complete after movie that will be shot and edited by me! Very stoked to have this for the portfolio.
